What appeals are for

Appeals exist to correct mistakes and clarify misunderstandings—not to relitigate roleplay outcomes. If staff action was applied incorrectly, missing context can be reviewed here.

Common appeal types
  • • Ban / timeout / kick
  • • Warns / strikes / staff actions
  • • Whitelist denial review (when allowed)
  • • Punishment applied to the wrong player
Not an appeal
  • • “I lost a scene” complaints
  • • Revenge reports / public callouts
  • • Multiple duplicate submissions
  • • Edited clips that remove context

Submitting multiple appeals for the same action slows review. If staff needs more info, they will request it in your ticket thread.

Review expectations
Be concise
One paragraph summary + evidence beats a long story.
Be honest
Misrepresenting facts can lead to denial or escalated action.
Include evidence
Clips/screens are strongly recommended for fast decisions.

What to include in your appeal

These map directly to the fields we store once on-site appeals are enabled.

Use: Claim Evidence Request.

Example request: “Please review the clip at 01:12–02:05. I believe the rule was applied incorrectly. I’m requesting removal of the warning.”

If your issue is about another player’s behavior (not a staff action), use Report a Player instead.
