What makes a bug report actionable

“It broke” is hard to fix. “Do A → B → C and it breaks every time” is easy to fix. Use the fields below—these map directly to the database once we enable on-site bug reporting.

Good report
  • • Clear steps to reproduce
  • • Exact error text (F8/console)
  • • Time (ET) + location + character
  • • Clip/screenshots
Hard to fix
  • • No steps (“it happened”)
  • • No time window
  • • Edited clips missing context
  • • Multiple unrelated issues in one post
What happens next
Triage
Staff tags the report by severity and system (UI, jobs, inventory, etc.).
Reproduce
If we can’t reproduce it, we’ll ask follow-ups in your ticket.
Patch note
Confirmed fixes appear in News/patch notes when deployed.

Approximate time (ET) + area/coords if known. Include restart window if relevant.

Attachments
Clip link (30–60s ideal), screenshots, and any supporting logs.
