Support

Report a player.

Keep the city fair. Submit clear, evidence-backed reports so staff can review quickly and consistently.

Best signal for staff
  • • Full clip: lead-up → incident → aftermath
  • • Names (Discord + character) + time (ET) + location
  • • One incident per report (keeps review fast)

How reporting works (V1-ready)

Reports are reviewed by staff. The best reports include time, location, involved parties, and a clear clip. This allows consistent enforcement and reduces “he said / she said” disputes.

Important
  • • Avoid public accusations. Use private channels only.
  • • Do not edit clips in a way that removes context.
  • • If it’s urgent (harassment/exploitation), mark it as urgent in your ticket.
What staff needs

The goal is fast triage. If key details are missing, staff must follow up, which slows review.

Include: who, when, where, what, evidence.
Optional: rule references, witness names, related ticket IDs.

What to include

These map 1:1 to the fields we store when reports are submitted on-site.

Review rules →
Your Discord + Character name
So staff can confirm identity and follow up if needed.
Reported player(s)
Discord name, character name, and/or in-game ID if available.
Date & time (ET)
Approximate is fine. Add the server restart window if relevant.
Location / scene context
Westside/Downtown + what was happening (traffic stop, robbery, business RP, etc.).
What happened
Short, factual summary. Avoid insults or speculation.
Evidence
Clip link(s) and/or screenshots. Include the full lead-up if possible.
Rule reference (optional)
If you know the rule name/number, include it. Otherwise staff will classify.
Outcome requested (optional)
Example: staff review, warning, refund item, scene reset review.

Reports without evidence can still be filed, but they generally take longer and may be closed if staff cannot validate what happened.

Tip: If your report involves bans/punishments already applied, use Appeals instead. Reports are for incidents and rule violations.
